These loupes have been specially developed by The Hearing Lab & Opticlar for audiologists who generally have to look up into peoples ears using the chair technique of wax removal. They provide excellent edge to edge clarity with no aberration and are ideal for people who have good eyesight or wear contacts. They come in 59, 61 and 63mm interpupillary distances (IPD) and are ready for order. You will need to measure your IPD. Coated optics minimise reflections and maximise light transmission to privide crisp bright images. Very comfortable and lightweight sports frame.

Fitted with a high quality LED the Opticlar I.O loupe light provides brilliant homogeneous illumination free from chromatic aberration. The compact lithium ion battery pack can provide up to 12 hours continuous use and fully recharges in less than 2 hours. With compact dimensions the battery pack can sit unobtrusively in the pocket or clipped onto a waistband or belt. The connection cable has a coiled section that provides an early warning if the cable is snagged on furniture or other objects. A separate on/off switch prevents premature wear on the rotary rheostat and enables the unit to be turned on/off at the previously chosen setting.
